We ensure the highest standards in all our business domains. Experts supervise our company regarding quality management (ISO 9001:2015), health protection and safety at work (SCC/SCP) in regular audits.


Permission for the supply of temporary workers

Our company benefits from more than 10 years of temporary employment and personnel placement. Founded in 2009 in collaboration with industry specialists, the SPM Personal Management GmbH obtained the unlimited permission for the supply of temporary workers within the shortest possible period of time prescribed by law. This cannot be issued earlier than after an operating time of 3 years and requires proper pay grading and remuneration of the employees.

Interest group of German time employment agencies (IGZ)

We are member of the iGZ (interest group of German time employment agencies) and guarantee our employees as well as our customers collectively agreed remuneration. This important factor for our employees’ contentment is almost always increased by higher-than-average payment, refund of travel expenses, lump sums for overnight stays and allowances. Full social insurance cover is guaranteed.


ISO 9001:2015

Our business principles and our philosophy are ensured by our certified system for quality management. Standardised procedures and calculable conditions are thus documented and are traceable and transparent. In strict compliance of the system, policies are created, which always show our customers and employees new standards.

SCC/SCP:2011

The SCC/SPP standards have been applied in order to set measurable targets and rules concerning safety at work as well as environmental and health protection. Therefore, we have an extremely low accident rate, safer workplaces and an awareness of our personnel about hazards during the work execution. The safety of our employees has priority. Through regular and intensive training, we want to actively define the behaviour of our employees in terms of existing hazards. Both, customer companies and employees, benefit from these standards and our commitment. Thus, the overall accident rate can be reduced and the satisfaction, productivity and performance of our personnel increase significantly.
